FIRST COURSES
- Rice with salt cod and leeks o red chicory
- Artichokes ravioli with pumpkin and artichokes
- Flat spaghetti of spelt flour with rabbit sauce
- Spaghetti with tuna, lemon peel and tomatoes
- “Conchiglioni” with blue-cheese, sausage and walnuts
- Little dumplings with crabs and mint
SECOND COURSES
- Beef with pears and honey or with mushrooms
- Beef with pears and rum or mint
- Stewed boar with olive and “polenta”
- Baked saddle of lamb
- Sliched of fresh tuna and cruditè of artichokes
- Mix of hot sea baked in foil (Scampi, king prawns* and molluscs)
